In brief he argues that the famous “tic tac” videos and testimonials from military insiders are fake and preparatory for staging a giant hoax of an extraterrestrial invasion of the planet from which the subjugation of humanity (by humans) will emerge.
Having witnessed several mass hysterias in my lifetime, I’m not inclined to dismiss the proposal out of hand.
