Not sure how this squares with the GOP trying to rebrand itself as the party of the working man, but I’m sure someone here can enlighten us.
In order to be hypocritical, the two things would have to be connected and opposed.
They aren’t, both are measures to get people to work in well paying jobs.

I don’t know how killing workers’ bargaining power and protecting their bosses from liability over unsafe working conditions helps working people.

They don’t. Which is why Dr. Seuss, Mr. Potato Head, birth control, masks, etc. are the Republican top of mind topics and policies. Those and others are the “shiny objects” across the room.
Workers “need” the incentive of fear while management has the incentive of riches. So it is written, so it shall be.

That can’t be right. I’m told capitalism isn’t coercive and that jobs are a contract between two equal parties agreeing on the parameters of employment.
