With the incredible head start Trump left Biden on COVID, I really didn’t think it was possible to screw it up. Continue reading “Start at third base and be out at 2nd”
OSHA Imposes New Rule For Employer-Required COVID-19 Vaccines
Source: ENR (Engineering News-Record).
“OSHA states that if a vaccine is required [as a condition of employment], then any adverse reaction is considered work-related and therefore it must be recorded.”
The rule makes perfect sense as a matter of bureaucratic logic. Still, one can’t suppress a chuckle. It is almost as if vaccine mandates are forcing Cloward-Piven effects on those who impose them.
The Covid vaccines may be good, but mandating or coercing people to get them is morally wrong. Good on OSHA for standing up for liberty in its rule-making decision.
The Hill: Supreme Court gets it wrong again, denying justice to those in uniform
It is not often that I agree with Turley (Or Clarence Thomas for that matter), but this is one of those times.
Unless a service member is actually inured during actual combat, why not be able to sue for just compensation?
“Created more than 70 years ago, the Feres Doctrine has victimized hundreds of thousands of service members and their families. The court’s failure should now put pressure on Congress to finally act to end the tragic legacy of the Feres decision.”
Feres needs to go, either through the court or Congress.
SLATE: The Constitution Requires the U.S. to Offer Vaccine Passports
https://slate.com/news-and-politics/2021/05/covid-vaccine-passport-constitutional-lockdown.html
An interesting argument on the constitutionality of vaccine passports.
Continue reading “SLATE: The Constitution Requires the U.S. to Offer Vaccine Passports”Vaccine bribery is a thing now.
And if it gets more folks vaccinated, I don’t see what is wrong with it.
JVL has some more stuff in his daily post, but this was top of the list and it was easier to link to the entire article.
The Novel Coronavirus’ Spike Protein Plays Additional Key Role in Illness
“A lot of people think of [Covid-19] as a respiratory disease, but it’s really a vascular disease,” says Assistant Research Professor Uri Manor, who is co-senior author of the study. “That could explain why some people have strokes, and why some people have issues in other parts of the body. The commonality between them is that they all have vascular underpinnings.”
This story is probably more important than it seems.
Cheating in the next election already
Biden administration “adjusting” Census count to save Blue state seats and deny Red state gains.
When all the adjustments go one way, you know the fix is in. Probably borrowed some NASA climate scientists to do the numbers.
Nurse shares undercover video bombshell: NY hospitals didn’t isolate COVID-19 patients properly
Some people on this site accept Fauci’s numbers, even though there were stories in newspapers about inflated cases and how the hospitals got what were essentially bribes from the government to attribute deaths to covid. Respirators were a good way to kill people but certain hospitals kept using them.
Meanwhile, there were really stupid, vicious attacks on hydroxy cocktail and Dr. Zelenko. Thousands died because of this. It seems Zeleno is going to get a Nobel prize of some kind. He for me was the real saint and scholar in this whole saga. He explained in his videos that the Hippocratic Oath requires certain behaviors, which Dr. Fauci did not exhibit.
ADDENDUM. I saw the story about the nurse on the Internet by accident. Two days later when I tried to Google it, it was gone. I always loved Google but not now. I decided to test duckduckgo.com. Much to my surprise, a full page of relevant links came up. So Google was playing games. They’ll give up their rep to save Fauci and Biden. Wrong choice.
