The Trump economy produced far fewer jobs in its first three years than were produced in the last three years of the Obama economy. About 1.5 million FEWER. You would never know that if you listened to the various Trump apologists around here who take it as given that Trump’s claims are valid and simply repeat them ad nauseum.

The current acting-Director of National Intelligence, Joseph Maguire is being removed to be replaced by a Trump loyalist. What did Trump-appointed Maguire do wrong? Easy. His staff briefed the House Intelligence Committee on the continuing efforts by Russia to interfere with the 2020 election.
Let this sink in. If your efforts to protect this country leads to facts that Trump does not like, out you go. No wonder people like Mattis, Kelly and Tillerson are gone and their vital functions are now being “handled” by hacks. Partisan hacks being in these positions is a real danger to the security and safety of this country.

Another WILDLY impeachable offense. Team Trump offered Julian Assange a Presidential pardon if he covered up the role of RUSSIA in the hacking of Trump’s opponents. Trump’s cut out, bag man and fellow Putin admirer, former GOP Congressman Dana Rorbacher, has acknowledged his role in the scheme.
Technology the Russians and the GOP are going to hate.

Several of the Trump loyalists around here have been drooling with excitement over the prospect of seeing their chants of “Lock Them Up” fulfilled on the public servants trying to protect us from Russian “ratfucking.” After two years of dangling the Andrew McCabe case in front of them on Fox News, the DOJ is dropping it.
The behavior of the Trump DOJ is particularly egregious and political in this case because a Grand Jury – whose standard for indictment is only probable cause – rejected the DOJ “case” in September of 2019. It seems nobody had the guts to tell the President that his claims of criminal behavior by Andrew McCabe were bullshit. For more than a year.
Maybe Tabor will suggest the government should pay McCabe’s legal costs? I won’t hold my breath.
