Is the 15th Amendment being violated?

A compelling argument for Mr. Trump’s liability with regards to the cases his campaign, and those of his supporters, that have been brought to the several courts across the country.

“Trump’s post-election barrage of specious lawsuits (32 losses in 34 cases, so far) is not enough on its own to support a Section 1985(3) claim. But in addition to these lawsuits, the Trump campaign has “[hindered] the constituted authorities” of the states in order to disqualify presidential votes in disproportionately Black jurisdictions such as Philadelphia (42.3 percent Black), Detroit (78.6 percent), Atlanta (51.8 percent), and Milwaukee (38.8 percent). Black voters in these jurisdictions can bring lawsuits.” (Emphasis added)

Something maybe we shuld all consider

Got this from one of The Bulwark newsletters (with permission to share, I might add) today. I found it thoughtful and thought provoking. I hope you all do as well.

The author is a conservative American Blogger. Here is the link to his wikipedia entry; https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Erick_Erickson

“Tomorrow, we may not know who the winner of the presidency is.

Not that it matter on this forum, but here is something to consider before casting your vote for POTUS.

This is from Tim Miller at The Bulwark. I believe it deserves consideration by all of us. Especially if you TRULY believe that RIGHT does matter.

 Here Right Matters

Alexander Vindman loves America with the zeal of a convert. He was born in Ukraine when it was part of the USSR and brought to America by his father as a child. He wanted to give back and serve the nation that had brought freedom and opportunity to his family. So in 1999 he entered the army, and after 9/11 he was deployed to Iraq, where he sustained an injury from a roadside bomb. He was awarded the Purple Heart, stayed in Iraq for another year, and to this day has shrapnel in his body from that IED.

Two years ago he accepted his dream job working on the U.S. National Security Council, specializing in the place of his birth.

WSJ News blows up WSJ Opinion on Hunter Biden

https://www.thedailybeast.com/wall-street-journals-news-side-releases-a-piece-debunking-opinion-sides-hunter-biden-screed?ref=home

AN Opinion writer tries to indict the Biden family and the news reporters debunk her narrative. In the same issue. Not sure how to take that. But it did make me SMH,

The other take away from this piece was why Rudy gave the story to the NY Post. “Giuliani acknowledged to the Times that the Post lacks certain journalistic standards, explaining that he specifically opted to give the story to the tabloid because they wouldn’t “spend all the time they could to try to contradict it before they put it out.””

Like I said before; the only reason to read the NY Post is for the Sports. And maybe the lottery numbers.

Rittenhouse got arrested. Reinhoel got executed. Or so it appears.

Probably paywalled. Sorry for that.

The original story was that Reinoehl, who was wanted for the killing of a member of Patriot’s Prayer, pulled a gun on police who were attempting to arrest him, who then opened fire in self defense.

The original story is falling apart and it appears that Mr. Reinoehl was the victim of an execution by the authorities. He was deserving for arrest, but not for extra judicial execution.

The investigation is not yet complete, but the pieces coming out appear rather damning to the authorities.
