This is the first time I have ever seen Carter’s “malaise speech” described as anything but political suicide.

My last sea command was The Big Stick from 2003-2005. During our deployment in 2005 about one third of the crew ended up with a stomach virus that made its way through the ship rather quickly. No one needed to be evacuated, but let’s just say the lines to the heads were long and uncomfortable. And there was an emergency order of toilet paper required.

But by doing so, he would be violating “social distancing” protocols. However, he does keep trying and Trump knows it would be a bigly mistake to fire Dr. Fauci for correcting what Trump says….repeatedly.

I’m not saying it is right or wrong for the Democrats to block the cloture vote. But if the majority of the stimulus, which we have been told was for the people, is front loaded to corporations, then doesn’t it stand to reason that trickle down is the GOP answer here?
