Lynchburg court suit against UBC Law
The recently passed UBC act violated Article I section 13 of the Virginia Constitution by depriving 18-20 year olds of their means to buy a handgun through private sales and gives firearms dealers the choice of refusing to conduct the checks, thus making private sales unlawful.

OK. First it was about George Floyd and police brutality. But then it was about racism, with Confederate Monuments and Memorials as a symbol.
But now its George Washington, Columbus, Ulysses S Grant, abolitionist Matthias Baldwin, Holocaust Memorials, and now even Francis Scott Key. It seems that the mob is bent on destroying history itself, everything not of their own invention, like the Taliban.
What is driving this?
Nihilism? Anarchism? Narcissism?
It certainly isn’t racial equality or justice any more. It is though nothing outside their own narrow millennial experience can be allowed to survive and no other point of view can be tolerated.

If our State still has any adherence to the Rule of Law, she should be charged. And probably the Portsmouth Chief of Police as well.
In time, all movements based on emotion, and in denial of reason, eventually descend into ridiculousness. The BLM movement has reached that point in record time, largely because it allowed itself to be co-opted by the LBGQT, socialist, social justice, wealth envy, anarchist, pandering lunatics of the left.
