When they’re right, they’re right.

BLM 757 is finally addressing violence in their own community. Considering that gang violence takes a hundred lives for every police involved fatal shooting, they are addressing the real problem at last.

I hope they can make some progress.

OK, taking down Robert E Lee and Stonewall Jackson was ill advised but understandable, but Lewis and Clark is just too much like the Taliban blowing up Buddhist relics. History is being erased to eliminate the concept of the United States.

Sometimes fishermen who live close to nature see things coming well before those who are in charge, and Chesapeake is facing a catastrophe largely of its own making.

Chesapeake draws its drinking water from the Northwest River near the North Carolina border only a few miles from my home. I am on the river several times each month.

There are lot’s of “tests’ online, this one is as good as any, I include it simply to show that nearly everyone has some degree of agreement with libertarian principles. About 20% of people self identify as libertarian(as in ‘I’m a libertarian at heart but…) yet we can’t seem to get beyond 3% in a national election.

Gang shooter who fired near children

Lopez was arrested in 2020 for armed robbery using a knife. At the time, he was on parole for a previous attempted murder. He had 5 previous arrests.

And he has been out awaiting trial with no bail. His parole was not revoked when he was arrested for armed robbery nor for participation in gang activities.

He obviously could not pass a NICS check to buy a firearm.

So, tell me again how making me jump through hoops to buy a firearm is going to make us safe.

So, Biden never had any intention of signing the Infrastructure compromise unless it is accompanied by the rest of the progressive wish list. It was bait and switch from the beginning.
