How did we get here?
Conspiracy theories have found a friend in the administration.
We are really falling into line with classic autocratic playbooks. Conspiracies, private gangs, declaring “enemies of the state”, military crackdowns, keeping Americans in the dark or guessing, propaganda through state approved/owned media. Yay, “laissez le bon temps roller”.
We need to rethink our mental health system, as in actually having one.
We are using police, criminal courts, jails and prisons to deal with the mentally ill Americans. This case is egregious in my opinion.
