For what it’s worth, the original version of EO 72 contained only two pages addressing face mask requirements. After seven amendments, it now takes just under 17 pages to revise the original guidelines. A forgivable assumption might be that the Governor is retaining more control over the public than he is giving up.

My wife just got back from running her daily errands. She didn’t notice that anyone, except for one shopkeeper she visits regularly, has stopped wearing masks yet. Asking about his bare face is how she learned about the EO.

The excess death numbers are only a proxy for the death-by-Covid numbers, but declining excess deaths are suggestive that the pandemic may soon be over.

Is it justice or ethnic cleansing? The writer argues that the tenant evictions affecting Palestinians in Jerusalem are legally and morally justified in the same way that returning Nazi loot to its original owners is justified and moral.

Of course, the rule of law can serve as a fig leaf for evil, but there is little evidence of evil here.

Ron Paul believes, “The science says no to lockdowns and masks” for children. Also, “[C]hildren are statistically unlikely to be at risk of either spreading Covid or becoming very sick from it.”

I would go a step further by suggesting that children should not be vaccinated with any of the available Covid vaccines until the long-term safety issues are resolved.

VAERS is the name of the database industry and the public use to report adverse events (side effects) of vaccines to the CDC and the FDA. Other countries have similar systems.

Stories about VAERS and VAERS-like numbers associated with the Covid-19 vaccines have been percolating around the Internet for a number of weeks. They went mainstream a couple of nights ago when Tucker Carlson did a segment on VAERS, leading to strong reactions from other media outlets.
