This woman has done the research and knows exactly what’s bedeviling America

Bruce Deitrick Price: The big problem for all of us is to grasp the entirety of your work.  So my first question is, what is the broad concern that ties together all this research?

Linda Goudsmit: The most important thing is to realize that globalism is at war with the nation-state.  I am talking about globalism as an ideology and political force that seeks to reorder the world from the existing system of independent nation-states into one single global nation-state ruled by themselves, of course.  But globalism cannot succeed without collapsing the United States.  So we face an alliance of convenience among the far-left progressives, Deweyites, socialists, Marxists, doctrinaire communists, totalitarians — all advancing their own anti-American agendas in common cause.  If you oppose them, you are a threat who must be crushed.

BDP: Yes, that sounds right.  So tell us how the aggressors operate….

  1. An excellent piece at AT, Mr. Price, and thank you for introducing Linda Goudsmit here.

Globalism as a conspiracy of oligarchs and governments has a long, even an ancient pedigree. But I think there is a tradition, just as old, which offers an alternative to Babylon.

May I recommend to you a writer named Idries Shah and his book, The Sufis?

Shah proposes, among many other things, that there is a way of teaching and learning which functions in the world no matter how the world is organized or operates. He was not an education specialist, but a Sufi.

    1. There was a blue book by him, roughly 1972. I remember in particular that the Sufis are a very spiritual component of Islam. I learned a lot from that book. Perhaps I was not yet ready for educational theories of any kind.

That’s the one. I’m glad you are familiar with it. I suspect The Sufis might read very differently to you now that you can bring a different perspective to it. Two of Shah’s other books might be of greater interest to you, since you have already read the introduction to his work: A Perfumed Scorpion and Learning How to Learn.

  2. Right-wingers are really something. They have created an economic system that makes the “traditional” nuclear family almost impossible for ordinary people in this country and then cast around for an explanation to explain the decline of that family. So, instead of the small clique of billionaires calling the shots, the villains are “far-left progressives, Deweyites, socialists, Marxists, doctrinaire communists, totalitarians — all advancing their own anti-American agendas in common cause” aided and abetted apparently by Big Bird and the Cookie Monster. Then, of course, there is women with their anti-American ideas of sexual freedom and bodily autonomy.

    1. Awww, so you lament that at least half the country that is doing just fine is smart enough to have no interest in a Marxist state while the other side, yours, either thinks they know what’s best for you or wants to live for free on OPM. Your socialist mecca isn’t very attractive when the numerous warts are exposed namely taxes, taxes, taxes….

      1. “taxes, taxes, taxes”

Among the happiest and most prosperous people in the world are those lucky enough to live in Denmark and other European countries which also have about the highest taxes in the world. Of course, we pay even more if you count what we pay for healthcare, higher education and securing a decent pension. We just don’t call those payments “taxes.”

Is that a fact? No left-wingers were involved, I suppose.

That the classical economists were all liberals doesn’t matter, either, I suppose.

Mrs. Goudsmit believes that a conspiracy of globalists is actively destroying America, primarily by creating a population of permanent children. Evidence to support her thesis isn’t hard to find.

No, suppressing the rights of ordinary working people is a right-wing thing. It started with the so-called Reagan Revolution. Before that turning point a single hard-working breadwinner could realistically support a family. That is no longer true for at least half if not more of the country.

Permanent children? WTF goes on in your heads?

As for the globalist conspiracy nonsense that Bruce is once again peddling, it is drivel not worth discussing. Communist Race Theory? Really?

I see. In your mind “creating an economy” and “suppressing rights” are the same thing. Talk about drivel not worth discussing!

Do ordinary families live better now than they did before the Reagan Revolution?
Do young people coming of age have more or fewer opportunities than you had when you came of age?

The answer to both questions is – No. And these negative changes are the direct result of right-wing politicians harnessing hatred, fear and racial animosity for power which they have used almost exclusively to enrich the already rich.

I don’t believe that and I don’t think you can prove it, either. Enjoy your fantasy; it is not worth discussing.

      2. …”that a conspiracy of globalists”…

The Illuminati and the Rothschilds called. They are very upset there has been no direct mention of them in this thread.

(A cabal such as one being discussed here KNOWS what we are saying on TNOF.)

  3. Thank you for posting this Mr. Price.
The lefties on this sight will be challenged to offer intelligent replies, as evidenced by the ones already posted. However, I’ll be rooting for them.

  4. I, too, find it odd that the social ills correctly identified are always blamed on the left. Free trade and reliance on the genius of the market are right-wing ideas.

Someone also correctly pointed out that liberals had a large hand in this–the Clintonian wing of the Democratic party, specifically. So I’ll reiterate for the ten thousandth time, liberals <> leftists. The Democrats have much more in common with the Republicans than they do with “far-left progressives, Deweyites, socialists, Marxists, doctrinaire communists.”

      1. Really shows how out of their minds these people are, that they can look at someone like Nancy Pelosi and think she’s a socialist when her entire job in congress is to crush anything brought forward by the like 5 slightly left members.

She’s only a Democrat because she represents a district in San Francisco.
