I’m all for this. Scientists are certainly correct to be skeptical, but the puzzle is a matter of engineering, not science. Until it is attempted we won’t know whether the obvious benefits can be delivered safely or not.

I find this piece interesting because it is reasonable to be skeptical of globalists’ motives whether you paint them as conspiracy or as merely an aggregate effect of the pursuit of self-interest. A lot of conspiracy theories these days are just like that. Dismissing them as irrational because you don’t like the label is to miss the point.

I believe that scientific research and development are legitimate functions of government because a) they are vital to national security and b) they are useful to the making of public policy. Curriculum development for use in the education industry, however, crosses the line into illegitimacy.
