  1. Spotty access to healthcare, (including pregnancy care and maternal deaths) poor education, poverty, divorce, crime rates and nutrition. Those attributes, some or all, affect many deep red states.

  2. Gee I wonder what a plot of combined Black and Native American population would look like?

Will you ever learn the limits of correlation vs causation, or will you just make the same bogus assumptions over and over because they fit your prejudices?

It would look very similar. Black people live longer in New York or California than they do in Mississippi or Alabama.

There is PLENTY of causation in those red states. The fact that the victims of poor policies are non-white does not change that.

For an obvious example, twelve of these red states refused to expand Medicaid using federal funds for the benefit of their people. Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kansas, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Wisconsin, and Wyoming. Lack of access to health care causes people to die who might have lived.

It is your “bogus assumptions” and prejudices that blind you to the reality – GOP policies are dangerous to your health. Especially if you are poor and non-white.

Do you have evidence of that?
