Roaches in coaches…a Navy tradition.
Quick explanation for the landlubbers.
About once a day, the Navy Exchange Mobile Canteen would arrive at the D&S piers. This was announced on the ships. But when the Captain or XO were gone, the announcement was “The Roach Coach is on the approach.”

Well, in the modern world, that may still be the “roach coach”…perhaps more circumspect.
And the bonus may be a booming market in clean urine for testing.
