Hundreds, if not thousands, of people are going to die before this is over but the foolishness from this jackass is unrelenting. Even Republican Senators are saying just STFU.

    1. That is the piece I referenced to throw the BS flag on the same subject in an earlier discussion. The left has no moral compass and couldn’t recognize the truth if it spit in their face.

  1. Speaking of lies

“THE FACTS: He seems to be suggesting that people with COVID-19 can go to work if they have minor symptoms, contradicting the guidance of his federal health officials. ” AP

No, that is not what Trump said. He said some people with minor cases MIGHT go to work, not that they should or could. The actual quote:

“A lot of people will have this and it’s very mild. They’ll get better very rapidly. They don’t even see a doctor, they don’t even call a doctor. You never hear about those people. So you can’t put them down in the category of the overall population in terms of this corona flu and or virus. So you just can’t do that. So, if you know, we have thousands or hundreds of thousands of people that get better just by, you know, sitting around and even going to work. Some of them go to work, but they get better.”

He is clearly talking about people not diagnosed or treated who go to work not realizing they pose a danger to others.

Part of being Presidential is choosing one’s words carefully. Trump is not Presidential. Whether intended or not, his loose use of words like “hoax” or, in this case, loose talk about going to work while suffering symptoms sends a dangerous message. To millions of people.

Was this statement made out of malice? Does he really want people to be so careless? Probably not. Just his usual stupidity and a misguided effort to minimize a catastrophe emerging on his watch. He is more worried about being blamed than he is worried about the people who will die. His comments about the cruise ship make that crystal clear.

  2. Paul needs a job or maybe a piece, if he can pay someone enough. He has nothing better to do but constantly scour the internet looking for mischaracterizations to spout off on. Next it will be Trumps sock drawer. Geesh, hows the blood pressure?

    1. He’s under a lot of stress as he is realizing that Trump will be reelected and the House will flip, resulting in at least 2 more honest justices on the Supreme Court in his second term.

It’s like a coyote with a broken leg, they get real mean.

You really need to ease off the bourbon before posting. The numbers just ain’t there for your “prediction”. Which is more like a dream for you. Wake up, Don. You are living in a fantasy land.

it does not take much scouring. So, here, Bob, these are for you . . .

They report that “Trump spent a visit to the CDC misrepresenting the state of coronavirus testing, praising himself, and attacking his critics” and they explain how his weak management skills are exacerbating the threat.
