Horse race down to two.

Good move.

“I’m a believer in using data to inform decisions. After yesterday’s results, the delegate math has become virtually impossible – and a viable path to the nomination no longer exists. But I remain clear-eyed about my overriding objective: victory in November. Not for me, but for our country. And so while I will not be the nominee, I will not walk away from the most important political fight of my life.”

I never did well at the race track either. My money, literally and figuratively was on Klobuchar, Warren and/or Bloomberg. But now is the time for Democrats to rally in ways that are unfamiliar to them. That is, as an organized political party. That would boost the chances of beating the lockstep zombies following Trump along the personality cult based on loyalty to him rather than our nation and our Constitution.

  1. Glad to have him out of the race, a half billion dollars doesn’t go as far as it used to,

Anyway congratulations to Corrupt Biden on his “Super Thursday” victory.

    1. I suspect it is time to revive the Putin playbook. Investigate your political rivals.

It seemed to fizzle when it looked like Biden was dropping down.

We’ll see a sudden interest in rooting out corruption in the Ukraine. Giuliani needs to watch his back because he is in it up to his butt.

(Yeah, I know the FBI should have ignored the mass of business Trump and his staff did for, by and through the oligarchs and mafia in Putin land. And the continuing efforts to tap some of the goods though Flynn, Manafort, Stone, Giuliani, etc.)

  2. Because of the work Bloomberg did for his own campaign, there is already infrastructure on the ground to help win in November. And it will filter to down ballot races as well. November just got VERY interesting.

    1. Sanders ain’t done yet. We need his supporters to bite the bullet…again.

That might be a tall order. Unless he starts losing the delegate count big time.

      1. My daughter and her husband both voted for Bernie. (He even ended up on News 3 yesterday) Her explanation to me was sound and well thought out. She also stated that she and other Bernie supporters will have to get over it if he doesn’t get the nomination.

My biggest point of pride is their sense of civic duty and to be WELL INFORMED. But to also be realistic and not through a tantrum if their first choice loses.

  3. At least, after a half billion dollars, I don’t have to hear that idiot on tv or radio every 2 seconds again. Oh the pain!!! Well, down to a socialist and a corrupt socialist. Fun fun. Let the pain begin again…

You may not have heard the last of Mike Bloomberg. With a fortune 50x or 60x the size of what Trump CLAIMS to have, spending another half billion or so to get rid of Trump would be easy for him. And might get him a nice post in the Democratic cabinet. Commerce Secretary maybe.
