I was going to try to write something really preposterous today to celebrate April Fools Day, but I just can’t come up with anything more incredible than current government policy.

I guess I’m a romantic, but I thought there was one place where merit still reigned.

But now Biden has promised to put a woman and/or minority on the moon as part of his budget that mentions ‘equity’ over 100 times.

Somewhere there is probably someone who checks the right gender/race boxes who is truly qualified, but we will never know. Whoever goes will either have robbed the most qualified of that place, or someone truly deserving will never be seen as such, always presumed to have been there in the name of equity.

Either way, the experience is ruined.

I hate wokeness more than any of you will ever understand.

Pilot Fed Judge rules ADA applies to students

Briefly the parents of 12 students at increased risk from COVID can ask their school districts to require masks.

The Americans with Disabilities Act does require reasonable accommodations but does not specify they be what the disabled person asks.

I would suggest it would be a more reasonable accommodation to provide the individual at-risk children with full face, positive pressure respirators than to require 300 kids at a school to wear masks. And safer for the affected kid as well.

Today, I resigned from the Libertarian Party. That does not mean I am no longer a Libertarian. To paraphrase Ronald Reagan, I didn’t leave the Libertarian Party. the Libertarian Party left me.

I joined the Tidewater Libertarian Party in January of 2001 shortly after it was formed. I remain a member of that organization but I have resigned from the National and State Party.  The Tidewater Libertarain Party was stripped of its affiliate status and replaced locally with the Libertarian Party of Hampton Roads. The main reason I write this is that I don’t want anyone to think I would have anything to do with that treacherous and intolerant organization. WSJ A bit late, NYT admits Hunter Laptop is authentic  

Of course it would have been better to have fully examined the issue BEFORE the election  instead of hiding the Biden Family corruption.

Bur at least that is better than the intelligence officials of the Deep State who still won’t admit they were hiding the truth from the voters.

But the court that really matters is the November election, which, if the truth gets out to the voters, should relegate the Democratic party to the permanent minority.

Nothing like this, not Nixon, not J Edgar Hoover, has ever happened before, where the party in the White House used the DOJ for political fraud. Obama and Hillary were well on their way to creating a Democrat KGB.
