WSJ Freelink Censorship by proxy?
Don’t hold your breath waiting for the Biden DOJ to enforce the law against itself and other Deep State actors, but the statute of limitations is long.

More silly desperation.
Lock ’em up! Is that really all you people have to offer? So it would seem.
I would remind you that before January 20, 2021 the government actors making suggestions to social media management were acting on behalf of Donald Trump.
It is obvious why MAGA-Republicans are doing their best to free up the flow of LIES into the “marketplace of ideas.” Without their “alternative facts” they have nothing to sell that people want.

This line caught my eye.
“The companies and individuals involved in the censorship need to decide where they stand.”
Individuals. That were no longer with the government at the time of their actions. No government censorship took place.
But the right just has to keep telling these lies to cover for things like MTG saying that …”Bannon and I planned January 6th WE would have won. And we would have been armed.”
A much bigger story, IMO, is siting members of Congress calling for “marshall law”. (Which also shows their lack of education.) Those are the people that should be jailed.

The article doesn’t say these individuals had left government service, and on the contrary, ro other sources listed here, we know that officials of the FBI and the CDC directed the censorship of doctors and scientists.

“The article doesn’t say these individuals had left government service”…
Even the Twitter dump indicated that those involved were NOT in government service at the time.
Dr. Don, Cherry Picker for Chesapeake.
You smell that, folks? It is DESPERATION form the right because their hero is losing support and those in the House are saying some REALLY crazy crap about NOT doing their constitutional duties.

Where did you see that? What I saw was that the CDC and FBI had weekly meetings with the Twitter staff.

In many of the stories and opinion piece, not to mention the blog post I shared early on.
And where did YOU see about the weekly meetings?

No, but I can see how Section 241 prosecutions and suits could become popular going forward, once the public becomes more familiar with the Twitter conspiracy.

So, violation of civil rights, specifically speech, at the direction of government officials is a nothingburger to you.
Gee, to everyone else, it’s a felony.

Speculation is the land you call home. You speculate about anything and everything Democratic, from Biden Crimes to the DOJ and SEC covering for Dems by arresting a fraudster.
The nothing burger is because it DID NOT HAPPEN. Nothing but red meat (burger) for the easily duped.
AS far as felonies go, maybe you should be concerned with some of the crap coming out from Mark Meadow’s text dump concerning the days AFTER Jan 6th with 20 or so representatives calling for “marshall law”. (Idiots can’t even get that correct, let alone govern.)

Meadows is irrelevant to this discussion.

The Twitter crap is an attempt by the right wing idratti to distract from the texts sent to Meadows around Jan 6th, calling for “marshall law”.
You can ignore it, but that is a fact and far from irrelevant.

What did not happen? WSJ says, “The Biden White House has threatened tech companies and federal agencies have pressed them to censor disfavored opinions and users.”
Are you saying WSJ is wrong? If that is your assertion, can you substantiate it?

WSJ has been wrong before. They could be now. But you seem to be the only one to be able to see the truth no matter the source.
