The proposal to appoint an Electoral Commission to investigate election fraud sounds reasonable to me. It is simply not practical to pretend or proceed as if the 2020 election was flawless.

A very reasonable position.
Most notably, we should be very disappointed that SCOTUS punted on technical grounds instead of hearing the evidence. These matters should have been decided, not pushed aside.

Disappointed? Why, 9-0 with a recently packed court and you are disappointed.
Rule of law, Don. Something that you tout, but have conveniently forgotten.

Roberts has been a disappointment.
I get deferring to the legislatures, but not when the Constitution has been violated. Yet Roberts has dodged a number of cases on different issues rather than take tough cases.

Only the laws he likes. THe laws he doesn’t like he tries to push as unconstitutional. Fertilizer for the plants at the compound.

Of course it does. LOL!
As a reminder, after the 2016 election the Republicans organized a similar Commission to root out the “election fraud” that allow HRC to decisively win the popular vote. Maybe you did not hear about it on Fox News, but that effort came up with ZILCH after many months and many millions of taxpayer dollars.

No need to pretend, it was probably the most observed, transparent and scrutinized election in history. And many key states were Republican run and legislated.
Any point to the contrary is a big lie. You have zero evidence.
Still don’t believe there are penguins in the Antarctic do you?

A false premise, since there have been no trials.

You have posted fertilizer. Everything has been debunked, tossed as irrelevant, or not worthy of being presented in a court of law by the judges in those courts.
Get over it. The people of this country spoke and the majority voted for Biden and he carried enough states to win the Electoral College. All of the challenges are garbage attempts to overthrow the will of the American people. And YOU stand for it. Disgustingly unAmerican

Yes, they do and THAT is exactly why Trump’s lies amount to sedition. There is a certain part of the population who still cannot believe their President is a lying con man. So they believe him. Mainly because they really, really want to.
“I have posted lots of evidence”
Uh, no you haven’t. Un-substantiated allegations and crackpot conspiracy theories are NOT “evidence.”
“and could post more.”
Uh, no you can’t. If you could post actual evidence, then so could Trump’s army of lawyers but – famously – they could not. And they had about 50 venues to provide it in.

Pitiful. You bring up “Trump’s lies,” but Trump has nothing to do with the press release I posted or anything in it.

“Trump’s lies” is NOT a straw man. It is the obvious explanation for the fact that you cited.

You posted zero evidence. Not my judgement, just that of 90 judges, 50 lawsuits and innumerable evidentiary hearings.
Posting a video of vote counting, a surveillance video for that matter, is not evidence of anything as we found out in a long hearing.
39% of the people believe it was rigged?
30% believe in Bigfoot. 60% believe dinosaurs and humans lived side by side.
I will go along with the belief that Republicans have been trying to rig elections for a decade or more. Purges of minority voters, limited polling areas in minority neighborhoods, slowing down the USPS, onerous ID laws. You know, targeting minority voters with “surgical precision” as a federal judge discovered in NC.
Republicans are down to violence in the streets at this point thanks to Trump’s clarion call to arms for his thugs in yellow and Gohmert giving them the go ahead.

And not a single trial. The accumulated evidence in all those lawsuits has never been fully adjudicated.

And Democrats are down to pure theft and psychological denial.
Do you fear an Electoral Commission inquiry?

That is because 90 judges have found the evidence to be crap. Why did Giuliani pull affidavits after judges asked for testimony from witnesses under oath? Because he knew they were crap.
Why would I fear anything other than violence incited by the president?
Besides, we had a commission for the 2016 election and it turned up nothing but free plane rides for the jerk from Kansas.

39% believe the election was rigged is because they, like you, snort the snake oil being delivered from the Oval Office. He was saying it before the first ballot was being cast. And you just keep cheering it on.
You apparently do not give a rat’s ass about this country. And I am calling you out for it.
Judges offered repeatedly for Trump layers and those filing on behalf of the Trump campaign to produce evidence. THe times they did, it was tossed because it was not worth the paper it was printed on. WHen it wasn’t presented it was because the attorney’s chose not too present any. If evidence is crap you don’t show it to the judge.
39%? Sad.

Please don’t act so naive. All those Republicans are falling over each other to appeal to Trump and his base because of the fear of being primaried.
Fear of a president is un-American. We don’t fear our presidents. We dump them when they don’t do a good job. Case in point.

Does anyone else see the irony here. In 2016 there was no call for a commission to attempt to overturn the results of the election. Investigations ensued to find out what kind of interference there was by foreign actors. And a lot f information was found an actions (up ti a point) were taken to help prevent the saem kind of interference going forward. But the GOP was in denial for most of those investigations. Devin Nunes’ idiocy comes to mind.
Here we are in 2021, and the GOP, because their candidate lost, BIGKY, is calling for ANYTHING they can to overturn the results of the most secure and transparent election in recent history.
Hmmm.

Many in THIS version of the GOP are corrupt and power hungry to the point where NOTHING including their own system of Government means anything to them. They are cowards of the worse kind who use every means possible to convince the weak minded and easily led to follow and defend their betrayal of all we stand for as a Country.
And yes it was there were ACTUAL reasons to question and investigate in 2016, but THEIR useful idiot won, so……
