Redacted Declaration in Support of Paragraph 14

Source: Court Listener.

The document is an affidavit that supports paragraph 14 in Sidney Powell’s election fraud complaint filed in Georgia. The unnamed expert explains how “agents acting on behalf of China and Iran” accessed Dominion software “in order to monitor and manipulate elections, including the most recent US general election in 2020.”

The details are highly technical, but presumably easy to verify, since they are based on open source material.

You can’t say there is no evidence.

  1. “You can’t say there is no evidence.”

Okay, but you can say that there is no credible evidence.

Maybe you missed it, but Ms. Powell has unceremoniously been dumped from the Trump legal team. I suspect you may be disappointed and may still be clinging on because of the eagerness with which you initially embraced her crazy talk in that now infamous presser with Giuliani. You seemed to really believe her promises of evidence coming “very soon.” Tucker Carlson and now Trump have given up hope. Maybe you should too?

      1. Your continued use of the word “theft” is just plain idiotic. Unless you can PROVE the crime has been committed, it didn’t happen. And there is NO CREDIBLE EVIDENCE on hand from the Trump legal circus being presented. Publicly they say the suits are about fraud, but when in front of the judge they deny fraud. Can’t have it both ways.

          1. LOL! (Derisive laughter)

Those may be elements of a circumstantial case. They are NOT evidence of a crime. You might have motive, means and opportunity to murder your neighbor but unless he has been murdered those three elements mean nothing.

      2. Sad.

You continue to demonstrate your utter contempt for your fellow Americans. Especially the people living in cities like Philadelphia, Detroit and Atlanta who cared enough about this country to take part in the election in spite of the obstacles and risks.

“Theft” is a very strong and uncivil word to use when there is zero credible evidence to substantiate it. You really ought to be ashamed of yourself. Obviously, you are not. You gave up any pretense at self-respect or respect for others when you decided to become – and remain – a full throated parrot for the liar-in-chief.

Why should anyone imagine that the affidavit is not credible?

  2. So the point of all these computer experts is that hacking happens. Not exactly a newsflash.

Is there credible evidence that it did happen?

The hand count in GA would have been difficult to get a whole new version of millions of paper ballots from hundreds of precincts run by both parties. In a state with all Republican administration and election officials.

Bottom line: Trump is trying to raise monies from his followers under the guise of legal fees, but really being stashed in accounts he can take with him after he leaves office. Giuliani and his cohorts are milking fees from this same money so they can have a nice nest egg.

And for this, Trump is ripping us apart for his own personal gain.

    A traitor.

Not so difficult. Once fraudulent ballots are added to the collection of ballots cast, hand counting them is a mostly meaningless exercise. Depending on how the fraudulent ballots were produced, discovering them during the hand count can be almost impossible.

      1. Producing fraudulent ballots would screw up the count by suddenly adding millions of ballots to the total of voters.

Replacing them would require more than a person and a laptop. They would need to get new ones printed, with bar codes and all, then hand fill them in.

Meanwhile, Republican officials, poll watchers, precinct captains all down the line need to be complicit.

Just more lies, anonymous ones of course, to feed the division of our nation.

        Treasonous behavior.

Nope. This is where the electronic system for tabulating the count becomes important. If you can watch the count in real time, you can figure out how many ballots you need to add (or subtract) to achieve your goal without creating any red flags.
