Cuomo has certainly performed better than I expected, though for a while there, he was trying to hoard ventilators like some people hoard toilet paper.

I don’t know if he hoarded or not. Considering that N.Y. had about 1/2 the cases and most of the deaths, they rented 190 refrigerated trailers to hold bodies and the words from the Oval Office was that it was a state problem, I could certainly excuse Cuomo’s efforts even if they might have been excessive.
Let’s see how Kemp does in Georgia now that has opened up businesses like hair salons and tattoo parlors. He might call on Cuomo for some advice.

That sure sounds like some Fox News spin. But, the fact is that the need was real and when it became less real the ventilators were sent to other states that needed them.
