I am sure this is elsewhere too. The Norfolk restaurant scene is helping unemployed food workers so long as the money and supplies hold out.

Yerp. And all the more reason to commit to at least once-a-week ordering takeout/delivery from a LOCAL restaurant. Tonight it is Footer’s Sports Bar and Grill in Virginia Beach. (Was supposed to be last week but one of our household was having allergy issues and wasn’t in the best condition for “bar food”.)

And if you get delivery, please remember to be generous to the driver. Don’t put the tip on your credit card. Put it in the driver’s pocket directly. Every little bit helps.

Yeah, I know. But it wasn’t me. When the boy gets hit with allergies as bad as he does, he doesn’t even drink booze, let alone “eat bar food”.
