The NRA figuratively shoots itself in the foot…again.

The NRA appears to keep sinking deeper and deeper in dog doo.

Naturally, the GOP members of the committee referred to the investigation as strictly political, ignoring the facts brought to light. Gotta protect the campaign coffers, I suppose.

Maybe it is time the NRA returned to its roots and stuck to gun safety and got out of politics.

  2. The CNN article looks like smoke and mirrors to me. Nowhere does it specify any legal or regulatory infraction on the NRA’s part and, besides, the committee report is disputed by members of the committee who examined the same fact patterns.

    Surely we can do better than waste our time over unsubstantiated assertions.

      The GOP members of the committee, who didn’t even participate in the investigation, are the ones who dispute the facts. Why wouldn’t they? They are supported by the NRA and don’t want to slap the hand that feeds them.

      The report by the minority party substantiates the assertions. Again, not seeing what is put out because you don’t WANT to see it or believe it.
