Just like Colorado, this too will fail in the Supreme Court but only worse. If it was this easy for secretaries of state to just unilaterally remove a federal candidate from state ballots over personal perception this tactic would have been used long before now.
Ok, let’s play. All red secretaries of state just unilaterally remove Biden from their ballots for failure to perform his sworn duties and corruption. No trial or proof needed and voila.

Works for me. As Dr. Tabor mentions in another thread, the Supreme Court may be our only hope of saving the republic.
Pushing the Court to be active could be a viable strategy for renewal, if only we can count on its adherence to Constitutional principles.
