I just saw the headline on my phone but didn’t read the story for obvious reasons. What are the charges against Biden?

There are no charges. The inquiry is a preliminary step to determine whether any viable impeachment charges can be defined.

Don’t know. I’m told nothing Biden did as VP would qualify as actionable, so I’m stumped.

I don’t think there’s a statute of limitations on treason, but in any case, there is ongoing obstruction of justice.

Treason works for me, but I think we are living through a post-Consstitutional period. I see little hope that wrongs can be righted.
In fact, I think the liberals ran away from here because they chose to abandon liberalism.
