it turns out that even wealthy areas of the South have more medical debt than other states, and not just concentrations in urban areas, but statewide.

      1. The main thrust of the editorial was medical debt as a result of not expanding Medicaid.

        Other musings may be fodder for discussion, but medical debt is unique to us over other industrial nations.
