The writer makes a lot of sense, but I wouldn’t go as far as he does to dissuade people from attending a protest over Trump’s arrest. Biden and his cronies may want there to be protests, but I don’t think exploiting the event is a power play the Biden team can win.
I agree with Elon Musk: Persecution of Trump by federal authorities is likely to inspire Trump’s re-election. The corollary to that is the potential for sparking a civil war, should protesters be treated harshly. Either way, I believe most Americans will hate the situation more than the participants. Meaning, the Biden team will get the blame.
Prosecution of Mr. Trump should DISQUALIFY him from running. Most states will say he is eligible to be on the ballot due to be being a convicted felon, if the wheels of justice don’t grind to a halt. Unless of course they are corrupt sycophants of an ex-Preisdent who make Harding’s administration look clean as a whistle.
Funny how you think Biden should get the blame for Trump’s malfeasance, corruption and criminal activity. I thought the President was supposed to uphold the law. If Trump broke the law, then it is incumbent for Biden to follow the law.
But in your odd view, Biden is to blame because his justice department did, wait for it, THEIR JOB.

I didn’t say that. Are you honest, or not?

You did not appear to be quoting the article. It is in YOUR post and appears to be your words. ANytime I quote an article from which I post, I use quotation marks to indicate they are the words of the author and not mine.
SO are you misrepresenting or just full of lies?
Or is Biden going to get the blame for upholding the law and doing the job? If that is the case, then good. We had four years of a narcissistic jerk who wanted to use HIS DOJ to prosecute political rivals for being … POLITICAL RIVALS. Trump being arrested for ACTUAL criminal activity is the job. It seems you only approve of the job being done if those you DISAGREE with are the ones prosecuted.

I’m not. I’m quoting my own words which you don’t seem to comprehend.

I would opine that YOU do not understand your own words. Any time you say the word “blame” you are assigning it to someone. IN this instance you are assigning the Biden DOJ “blame” for upholding the laws of this country. Criminal activity be damned.
And one thing that seems to be missing in a lot of this discussion, especially by the idiot Speaker of the House, Kevin, “Trump’s little puppet bitch” McCarthy, thinks federal tax dollars are being spent in some fictitious witch hunt. It is the Manhattan DA potentially bringing these charges (this time), and they appear to be legitimate.
Or is it just another “urban” grand jury getting smoked by a DA?

The protesters – if any – should be treated as harshly as whatever crimes they commit deserve. No more and no less. With that said, I think Trump FINALLY be held to account will generate a massive sigh of relief – not significant protests. The fate of the January 6th criminals will remind all but the most stupid that violence does not pay.
As for threats of civil war I would say to shitheads everywhere, be careful what you wish for.

Or, people will notice that the violence the government perpetrated against Jan. 6 protestors has become unacceptably normal.

What a silly response!
The government handled those thugs with kid gloves. Nothing whatsoever happened to “protestors.” Criminals ended up answering for their crimes. Period.

What violence was perpetrated against those protesters? I saw police officers attempting to defend themselves and their charges against the violence being perpetrated against them. THe protesters got violent, not the government.
Your attempt to rewrite the narrative of Jan 6th falls flat in the face of what actually happened that day.

Again, threats of violence from the right.
Trump is being fairly and justly prosecuted for actual crimes committed by him for his personal gain while in office, trying to get into office and his sorry, spoiled and violent attempt to stay in office.
For that we are to expect violence from his gangs and their supporters as blatant extortion in the face of Americans loyal to this nation and not a man.
Have you no shame? You want a civil war? You want bloodshed? You support the gangs of anti-American losers?
Disgusting.

PJ Media wrote that Trump has called for protests. And he quoted him verbatim.
Then he says Biden wants protests to crack down on domestic terrorism.
WTF two things:
First, that smells of collusion between Trump and Biden
Or, second, the writer is ignorant. Not stupid, just ignorant.

I would suggest the poster in this forum falls into a similar category. For sharing this malarkey.

“Ignorant” is really not ad hominem, just an observation of being ignorant of a particular subject or subjects.
“Stupid” is the inability to recognize ignorance.
GOP politics is the ability to use ignorance without appearing stupid to the ignorant.
Look it up. Everyone know this.
