      1. “But it’s Ok when Raskin and Democrats lie?”

Yours is the party of disinformation and “alternative facts.” Democrats are not CONSTANTLY pushing Big Lies into the political sphere.

I am not going to try to get into the details of YouTube’s policy on disinformation or how they administer it, but I would encourage them to do so without political bias. If Raskin or anyone else tries to push egregious disinformation through YouTube they should censor it.

        1. I am not even surprised any more that the Left now hates freedom of speech and democracy as much as the Right does. Censorship is NEVER a good thing. Shame on you.

    1. Google does NOT censor you for lying. They censor you for telling an inconvenient truth.

Youtube banned me, because I object when Left wingers celebrate babies and young children being killed and eaten by wild animals. The Left wingers left numerous comments celebrating the “revenge” of the wild animals on little children, and claimed that humans don’t belong in Africa (where homo sapiens evolved; the only continent where humans are an indigenous species).

Youtube apparently has no problem with people celebrating the killing of little African children. Those comments stayed up. Apparently, this is one to the causes the Google champions.

Of course, it’s not as if the Far Left and Far Right are not equally evil. I have seen comments just as despicable from BOTH sides.

          1. You should try thinking, period.

For example, you can’t know that Horowitz lied about anything, because his interview is no longer available. But you pretend to know. Can’t be any more thoughtless than that.

Yes, I can. In his letter he demands that YouTube prove a negative – that the election was not stolen. From that it is easy to see that he was on YouTube spreading the Big Lie and that is why they took action.

You need to put a thinking cap on. Horowitz does not make such a demand.

You, good sir, are dumber than a bag of rocks. You link to a story but either did not read it or are too dumb to understand it. Here verbatim is the demand Horowitz made in his letter to YouTube . . .

“Provide me with concrete evidence for your claim that irregularities in the presidential election of 2020 did not affect the election result.”

That is a demand to prove a negative. It is well understood that no such proof is possible. You understand that much, right?

  1. “Provide me with concrete evidence for your claim that irregularities in the presidential election of 2020 did not affect the election result.”

What kind of a question is that? First, there were no serious irregularities other than a few Republicans voting for their long deceased mothers. Never mind trying to prove a negative. No one has been able to prove that the “irregularities” did affect the election. Until then, then onus is on the folks like Horowitz, et.al.

Besides, this election was the most scrutinized, observed, counted and recounted and recounted again by both Republicans and Democrats. Even the most partisan analysis in AZ gave more votes to Biden.

And, the “Mules” showed no proof of anything.

And I know, this was a waste of my time to even bother with, but that sentence was so egregious it just amazes me that anyone would even publish it, then bitch about it not being believed.

YouTube explained their position about their site and where it was written and that publishers need to adhere to the rules. Simple.

Horowitz wrote a book on the subject and was interviewed about it. He met his burden of proof; YouTube hasn’t.

      1. What burden of proof? Virtually all the claims of fraud have been debunked or rejected by both Republicans, see Michigan and Arizona for starters, and Democrats as well as 60 courts and SCOTUS.
So Horowitz has not proven anything. When he does, we can rehash it again, I suppose.

Besides, one site nixes his screed, there are dozens of others. Truth Social not good enough?

The one you referenced when you wrote: “Until then, then onus is on the folks like Horowitz, et.al.”

You can buy a copy of his book, if you like. But I have to wonder, Why do you and Mr. Murphy claim he is wrong when you haven’t dven seen his argument?

          1. Not likely, but even so Horowitz’ book deserves to be addressed on its merits, if any. To supress it on the basis of a shallow generality is dishonest.

What isn’t likely? That ALL of the “theories, but no evidence” have been proven to be lies? Get out of the conspiracy bubble and stop spreading lies.

…”Horowitz’ book deserves to be addressed on its merits”…

Fine. Keep it in the FICTION section, because there are no “merits” for it to be considered any more. Never was, never will be.

        1. “Why do you and Mr. Murphy claim he is wrong when you haven’t dven seen his argument?”

Because ever claim of election irregularity has been investigated to a fair-the-well and not one has been found to be anything but horse shit. And several of those investigations were carried out by Republicans.

If Horowitz wants to use YouTube to claim the election was stolen in the face of so much contrary evidence, then he needs to provide proof. Instead, he demands that YouTube prove a negative. He is obviously a cynical exploiter of weak-minded people who prefer screwy conspiracy theories to a reality they don’t like.

You don’t know that he doesn’t have proof. You don’t even know what his claims are. You are just guessing and pretending. That’s foolish in the extreme.

I know he didn’t provide it. That is enough for me. But if it floats your boat that he has evidence to support the Big Lie but just doesn’t care to share, then knock yourself out.

That’s what I said. In fact, I have argued many times in this forum that examples of election irregularities deserve more scrutiny, citing many sources, from various independent studies to the Heritage Foundation’s database of convictions for election fraud and Dinesh DeSousa’s video, “200 Mules.”

In light of these observations, I tend to think that only Wise Monkeys refuse to examine the issue.

          1. Life is too short to follow the ravings of every Big Lie crackpot and money is too short to waste it on a book churned out by one of them.

If anyone comes up with actual evidence of election-changing irregulaties, let us know.

BTW, you embarrass yourself by referencing 2000 Mules. The claims, accusations and the methodology are a well-established joke. The debunking was so persuasive that the publisher of the book version recalled the books after they had been printed and distributed.

Both of which have been proven to be fertilizer.

            Especially D’Souza’s “mockumentary”.
