The two nice ladies who think Trump is still President and there are TWO different militaries, one run by Trump (good) and one run by Biden (bad). And then there is the lady towards the end who dies not believe that there is a war in Ukraine and that the refugees Klepper met in Hungary were all actors is indicative of the videos shared by Mr. Roberts from Ukraine.
Happy Hump Day, Y’all!
Well it’s nice to know all those actors from Sandy Hook were able to find employment in Ukraine.

How about you let me and Mr Roberts state our own positions and refrain from putting words in our mouths or attempting guilt by association, you know, debate the issues like adults.

Huh?
You have repeatedly stated that there ought to be some sort of civics/competency testing in order to vote. What is your beef? Have you now realized that YOUR idea would disenfranchise a significant part of the MAGA base?

Has he? Give us the quotation and the context. Otherwise, I’ll think you are lying in the way that incompetent children often do.

Think what you want. If I am wrong about Dr. Tabor has frequently opined about the need to test for understanding of the Constitution – usually about Democrats – then he can say so.

The point is that YOU are saying so. And, apparently, you can’t defend your own assertion. So, you are both missing the point of Dr. Tabor’s criticism and committing the very error he warns about.

So, repeating back the things you people say is a No-No? I can understand why you might not like that, but it is not an error to do so.

If Dr. Tabor wants to defend his words, let him. The fact that you 1) agree with him 99.9% of the time and 2) you CAN’T defend his words because you have seen them as well

You haven’t actually repeated back anything anyone said.

Don has now stated that it is a “wish”. So exoneration for Paul and I is warranted.

“How about you let me and Mr Roberts state our own positions”…
How many times have you called for voters, mostly Democrats to have to pass a civics exam iot vote?
You have stated your position. I am calling you out for it.
Or do you deny that you have said those things in the past?

It’s a wish, not a legislative proposal.
What is so bad about people having a basic knowledge of the structure of our government in order to vote, or to be a Federal judge.

When you are NOT a legislator, the wish is FOR legislation. – IMO
And your shot at the recent judicial candidate is noted. Too bad you don’t feel the same way about Presidents.

You think anything Trump did could justify fat tracking an incompetent judge to an appellate seat on the 2nd highest court in the country?
Presidents cna be voted out, a bad judge is for life,

He did with the HIGHEST Court. More than once.

Your TDS is noted.
You not agreeing with a judge’s interpretation of the law does not make him incompetent.
Not knowing the basic structure of the Constitution is what makes a judge incompetent, just as not knowing basic anatomy would make for a bad doctor.

Lying under oath is not a good look for a supposedly competent judge.

Why is it when YOU disagree with an interpretation, the justice is incompetent. When I do it is a sign of TDS?

An appellate court judge not knowing the basic structure of the Constitution is not a disagreement on interpretation. it is a demonstration of not having the basic knowledge from which to generate an interpretation.
It is both sad and amusing to watch you try to spin a defense of the indefensible.

Where did I defend the nominee? Please tell me where I said that it doesn’t prove her incompetent? I agree with Len’s assessment that it was nerves, but that is not the point.
The point is if you disagree with an interpretation, the judge is incompetent.

Not at all.
Ginsberg was often wrong, but she was competent.
