A Christmas Message for the Ages

“Merry Christmas to EVERYONE, including the Radical Left Marxists that are trying to destroy our Country, the Federal Bureau of Investigation that is illegally coercing & paying Social and Lame Stream Media to push for a mentally disabled Democrat over the Brilliant, Clairvoyant, and USA LOVING Donald J. Trump, and, of course, The Department of Injustice, which appointed a Special ‘Prosecutor’ who, together with his wife and family, HATES ‘Trump’ more than any other person on earth. LOVE TO ALL!” – Donald J. Trump Christmas 2022

    1. Tradition?

I don’t think Trump’s Christmas message was in anyway meant to follow any tradition other than his own vindictiveness in the name of Christ.

    2. Straw man?

Uh no. I do not expect Trump to ever be a viable candidate again. He will be very lucky to avoid prison. I think he is now where he belongs – the garbage pail of history.

So, let me be completely frank. I posted this authentic Trump Christmas message to mock those of you who have offered this cretinous con man undying support through his reign of error, crimes, and sedition. You ought to be embarrassed at your own credulity, but obviously are not.

        1. What deceptions are you attempting to correct? Seriously? What is being said here (or ever by folks posting REAL items) that isn’t accurate?

Or is it just another misspeak by Trump? (Your FAVORITE excuse for him.)

        2. “Correcting deceptions about Trump is not supporting him.”

You are fooling only yourself. Your support has been unwavering.

You have NEVER actually corrected a “deception” about Trump. None have been offered here for you to correct. What you have done is offer excuses, minimize his crimes, doubled down on his nonsense, and simply denied well-documented evidence of his criminal behavior.

          1. I guess you don’t think we remember you gleefully commenting on the prurient allegations of the Steele dossier. Or bleach injections? Or calling Nazis fine people?

The list of lies about Trump you have posted here is long but when called out you just change the subject.

          2. To be fair, Trump did specify neo-Nazi and KKK participants as bad folks. Trouble was, he did that after his “fine people’ quote because of a follow up questions by reporters.

So, he was stuck with a quote he said, and didn’t clarify until prodded.

Maybe out of context, depending upon who’s talking. But you have also done the same, worse really because he wasn’t prodded, with Obama’s “you did not make that”. The context was all in the same paragraph, just left out by right wing news.

Unfortunately for Trump, he also told the gangs to “stand by” instead of outright condemning them later on in the debates. Gangs incorporated onto their T-shirts. Not a good look for presidential aspirations.

Trump is famously inarticulate and rambling. A problem for the post of leader of the free world.

          3. “ “And then I see the disinfectant, where it knocks it out in one minute. And is there a way we can do something like that, by injection inside or almost a cleaning, because you see it gets in the lungs and it does a tremendous number on the lungs, so it’d be interesting to check that, so that you’re going to have to use medical doctors with, but it sounds interesting to me. So, we’ll see, but the whole concept of the light, the way it kills it in one minute. That’s pretty powerful.”

Now he did clarify after, again, a follow up:

“Later, Trump clarified his comments after a reporter asked Bryan whether disinfectants could actually be injected into COVID-19 patients.”

“It wouldn’t be through injections, almost a cleaning and sterilization of an area. Maybe it works, maybe it doesn’t work, but it certainly has a big effect if it’s on a stationary object.”

“Trump did not explicitly recommend ingesting a disinfectant like bleach. Nevertheless, his remarks led some companies and state agencies to issue warnings about ingesting disinfectants. The maker of Lysol said in a statement that “under no circumstance” should its products be used in the human body.”

Again, it took more follow ups to clarify. But if Lysol felt obligated to issue a disclaimer, then obviously his comment was considered at best dangerous to some. After all, he was POTUS and very influential to millions.

          4. Every politician makes gaffes. Some more than others. Biden is famous, as was Bush the Younger. Obama was more disciplined and articulate, but even he joked about Biden.

The gaffes, depending upon a variety of issues, can make or break a candidate. “Macaca” killed a governor’s race in Virginia a while back.

I think a lot of a candidate’s or office holders success depends on how they respond and timing. Thin skin combined with big ego will invariably lead to failure in the face of an aggressive press corps. And despite the position of many Republicans, all parties are targets. Obama, Pelosi, Schumer, et.al. have been shredded by the media, particularly right wing MSM. So I still think we can put to bed the “raw deal” for Trump. He encouraged outrage for the free publicity. Being criticized was much better than being ignored. So the media coverage seemed lopsided more than it was, particularly considering the might of right wing MSM.

          5. Uh, I said it was a bad habit.

What works for a CEO among his staff and what works for the President in public can be very different, and Trump never made that distinction.

          6. You are the serial liar on this forum. Not me.

Trump is a sex criminal and pervert. The prurient and not disproven allegations by people speaking to Steele were credible for that reason. The allegations WERE made and they WERE newsworthy.

Trump DID suggest bleach as a treatment for Covid because, you know, it kills viruses.

Trump DID refer to the Nazis with “very fine people, on both sides” and his actions and words since have repeatedly confirmed that his words reflect his attitudes towards such people. Notably, he refused to denounce White Supremacists when challenged to do so in that 2020 debate. Instead, “Stand back and stand by.”

You deny being a diehard Trump supporter, but there you go again pretending he did not say what he said.

      1. While I focus on family, friends, joy, good will, great food and the smiles on my wife and daughters faces, the TDS sickness reeks havoc and hate in the diseased mind of the left. That would be you and especially Paul included. Have you nothing better to do at christmas? You’re killing me Smalls….

        1. Uh, I simply provided your hero’s Christmas greeting. Word for word. Without comment. It is the obvious product of an actually “diseased mind.” And yet, you engage in your usual personal attacks. I suppose because you are embarrassed to have offered your love and support to such a person? Such a pity, really…

          1. Point being I have more productive things to do than sit around during the holidays searching the internet for anti-Trump drama like you lefties. But you knew that. Merry christmas.

          2. Do you?

And it didn’t take much of a search to come up with Trump’s Christmas message. It popped in in SEVERAL news aggregate sites. Many of which are used by folks here. (ALL, not just your hated “lefties”.)
