Clear thinking, as usual: Ukraine mines its own harbors but it is Russia making threats of attack.

People who anchor mines to protect their harbors have maps so that the mines do not interfere with friendly shipping. That is the very likely the reason why there will be Ukrainian pilots on board to guide the ships carrying the grain.
