Trump Cheaters

We all know that Donald Trump cheats when he plays golf. Any golfer will tell you that such cheating is an undeniable sign of poor character. Cheat at golf, cheat at life.

But Donnie, Jr. takes the Trump family cheating ethic to a new and despicable low level.

To my mind, at least, this is even more despicable and telling than the use of the foot wedge on the golf course. What sort of people get their jollies gunning down a magnificent animal lured into sure kill range by a paid criminal?

  1. Must be in the DNA.

But it does remind of a statement one of my CO’s made during training exercises prior to commissioning of the ship we were assigned to:

“If you ain’t cheating, you ain’t competing.”

And the fact that is first name was “Con” actually adds to it. I miss that skipper. One of the top two I worked for in 24+ years.

What sort of people get their jollies making unsupportable allegations?

Uh, what allegations are unsupportable? There are literally hundreds of articles and at least one book documenting how Trump cheats at golf. Donnie Jr.’s role as the shooter in the bear baiting crime is documented by the Utah DNR.

      1. DNR “[p]rosecutors have indicated there was no evidence showing Trump Jr. would have known about the alleged baiting that went on during the hunt.”

        1. Yeah, sure. He had no idea.

It is almost impossible to prove what people know or don’t know and it is not worth prosecuting the tourist when the professional guide did the baiting.

At least the animal that Junior gunned down was not an endangered species. This time.

For what it is worth, I consider “trophy hunting” to be unethical and a sign of very weak character. And doubly so shooting at a bait site. Killing a deer for venison in the freezer is one thing. Killing an endangered African elephant in order to make a bracelet out of its tail is another.

          1. Typically, baiting a bear is done by soaking bread or muffins in bacon grease and then burying them shallowly. The bear can find them with his nose and dig them up, but unless you have a superhuman sense of smell. you wouldn’t know it.

It is legal, and ethical. to hunt bears by staking out the bear’s own kill, They don’t eat a cow or elk all at once, they will return to it for days. So finding a kill and waiting is fair.

Trophy hunting is not my thing, but neither is golf.

That’s a big part of what makes your allegations against Trump unsupportable. Pity you didn’t think of it before making them.

  3. Did you read your own cite?

The Utah DNR regards Trump Jr as a victim of fraud by the guide. I know I would be pissed if a guide did that to me.

Characterizing the victim of a fraud as the guilty party is a rhetorical device referred to as a lie.

    1. So, the same Republican-controlled agencies that swept this felony under the rug when it happened and are only prosecuting it now because of the work of investigative journalists say that poor little Donnie was tricked?

      Yeah, sure.

Yup. Also, a waste of time.

    3. You do realize that Trump, Jr. was the sitting president’s son? That Mr. Lemon had a long history of many investigations regarding illegal hunting practices. The investigations were done by Utah, not a bastion of liberalism.

There is no plausible way that Lemon’s reputation and techniques were not known by the White House. Trump Jr. would have to be dumb as a box of pebbles…uh, wait, I think we now know what happened.

  4. I’m guessing you didn’t even read the article that you linked to supposedly support your anti-Trump Jr psychobabble. The article proves your psychobabble gets 5 Pinocchio’s. Typical of Paul Trump rants anyway…
