It doesn’t take much for just a handful of agitators to spark a riot in a peaceful protest.
We know the anti-mask movement was started and funded by right wing money. Trump rode that wave with #LIBERATE (or should that be #IGNORANT?). So it is not a stretch to consider similar funding and support for agitators in the BLM protests.
What better way for a “law and order” president to say “you need me now more than ever”.
Just sayin’.
RE: “It doesn’t take much for just a handful of agitators to spark a riot in a peaceful protest.”
Perhaps not, but let’s be clear-minded. The story doesn’t claim that “Umbrella Man” single-handedly caused the “peaceful protest” to become a riot. It doesn’t link the riot to the anti-mask movement or to “right-wing money.” It doesn’t show or even suggest any form of presidential involvement or exploitation of the event.
Those are wild speculations.

Of course I was speculating. So what?
In today’s political climate of Trumpism, truth is out, conspiracies abound and right wing money is flush.
I did not link right wing #LIBERATE monies directly to the violence. I said it would not be a stretch to find who is funding the disrupters in the protests.
I look at who could possibly benefit from disorder in the streets. Who is desperate to improve his polling?
I rest my case.

I apologize for my uncivil outburst. It was uncalled for on a site that has been for the most part a refuge of avoiding personal attacks.
I have been accused of supporting extremists on the left, wasting the time of other posters who disagree with me and irresponsibility with regards to my opinions.
I should have taken the high road, but I didn’t.
So I am moving on despite the “slings and arrows” from selected posters and will endeavor to consider sources before responding, if at all.

Projecting on Len what you do is VERY Trumpian. You have mastered it well.
But you still come off as a lunatic conspiracy theorist when things don’t meet your “high level of intellectualism”.
Sir, I say it is you that is guilty of criminal activity.

Len did not suggest either of those things. He only pointed out that the anti-mask movement was funded by right wing groups and then Trump used that movement to start his #LIBERATE movement.
As for “umbrella man”; sometimes all it takes is ONE.

No, he didn’t. Those are the wild speculations I mentioned.

Maybe so, but we don’t know that it only took “ONE” in this instance.

Denying facts because they don’t support your view again. YAWN!
Put it this way: One guy starts breaking windows, others will join in. It was reported that he was the first to break a window of an auto parts store. Like I said, all it takes is one.

No. Pointing out that the facts at hand don’t support your assumptions.

Wow, the news found ONE idiot among how many ten of thousands of your extremist terrorists destroying Democrat run cities? The conspiracy theory was that there are so many more thereby trying to deflect from the destruction and chaos of your left wing terrorists. But you knew that…

Correction. The “one idiot” who was caught and identified.
To think that White supremacy groups who have been discussing a race war for years would not take advantage of this issue is just a fantasy.
He is not the only one. Plenty of others have been arrested during and before they could do much damage. One did kill a security person.

To think the Umbrella Man is IN FACT a white supremacist or was even trying to start a race war is YOU fantasy. The story as given doesn’t validate either speculation. Umbrella Man isn’t even named.

I believe this was in the link, but you might not have read that far.
“A man captured on surveillance video smashing windows at a Minneapolis AutoZone in the wake of George Floyd’s death is a Hells Angels member bent on stirring up social unrest, police said.”
“Police identified the 32-year-old suspect through a tip last week. Minneapolis police spokesman John Elder told the Associated Press Tuesday he could not confirm the name of the person involved, but said the investigation remains open and active.”

To quote Len from earlier, SHOVE IT!”
I have, from the beginning, condemned the violence that has broken out during what began as peaceful protests. You, FROM THE BEGINNING, have called racial disparities a hoax, said ALL protesters are rioters, and guys carrying long guns into a government building are heroes.
In other words GFY!

Goya beans suck, regardless.
As far as your observations go, they are tinted with orange and full of … excrement. Your complete and total denial of what happens on your side of the aisle is quite telling.
As far as compliments go, your claim of one shows exactly the level of your delusions. I do hope reality strikes you some day and you realize how idiotic and hateful your rhetoric is. I doubt it, but one can hope.
