In 1918 Vitamin D deficiency was common, and sunlight converts cholesterol to Vitamin D in the skin. LikeLike Reply
Due to my cancer treatments 3 years ago, I now have a Vitamin D deficiency and have to take a supplement. I try to get in the sun as much as possible, but still have an issue absorbing it. LikeLike Reply
