That is not the issue.
Blacks and Hispanics are not disproportionately becoming infected in urban areas, they are dying at a disproportionate rate.
This is likely due to a higher incidence of underlying chronic disease, especially diabetes, and obesity.

No, I am pointing out that there are racial differences in the occurrence of a number of chronic diseases that increase the likelihood of a bad outcome when infected.
Actual biological differences in the races is not racist, it is just fact.

I do not doubt that there may be genetic markers, but there is a verified medical reason that highly congested urban areas are experiencing high rates of affliction.
Now, my comment was somewhat tongue in cheek; even so, the is still the possibility that this virus was created in a Chinese lab.
