I think Len’s assessment is accurate.

I would also call it Ukraine following the treaty wrt to investigations of foreign nationals. If the investigations turns up LEGITIMATE evidence, it should be shared with US law enforcement. And then, LEGITIMATELY, an investigation could be opened here.

I also doubt much will come of it. But at least the agreement is being followed.

Nothing can come of it since Shokin was fired BEFORE Biden’s call.
