Congress made their offer a month ago. Trump hasn’t offered a thing except to retact DACA even further.

We’ll see what Luria and her folks get.

My take is that Trump based his “negotiating” tactics in NY when he was backed by dad. Congress is a whole ‘nuther ballgame.
