1. Normally if one is not happy with his/her evaluation, he/she will find out what needs to be done to address the shortcomings.

   Spence is coming off as a whiny little biatch. Instead of whining about the criticism and attacking the critics, sit down and talk and don’t file hostile work claims that will gum up the works.
