Very possible to have more than one pair of the same pants unless you buy your clothes from Saville Row.

I don’t think the wearer of the pants is Northam. I believe he is the tall person in the door to the car.

I don’t know what Northam looked like in High School. Perhaps someone could find some HS yearbook pictures.

But you may well be right, that picture,if it is not Northam, should exonerate him. If the pants don’t fit, you must acquit.
