This is journalism?
That’s not at all what my weekend was like.
Of course, it’s a Washington Post story, so commenting is not an option.
‘ I have a dream that my children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their hats, but by the content of their character.’

There is much to be said about the AP piece. It is vastly too long and overly moralistic in ways that are self-serving of media interests. But the whole affair is too sickening to crhink about.
The true story here is that children were abused in public. The takeaway must be that the ideological left is fast becoming a common danger to us all.

The story was corrected the very next day by the NYT. It turns out that neither the high school students nor the Native American were the problem, but rather a black dissident group called Hebrew Israelis. The were taunting and insulting everyone.
As far as the ideological left being a danger, I submit that AOC’s stance on affordable health care and education is a lot less threatening than King’s defense of white supremacy.
IMHO, naturally.
